What’s my total cost per month?
Unlike most haulers, we don’t believe in adding “junk” fees (like cellular companies and airlines) – the price is the price, period.
How long is my rate guaranteed?
Another truism in the garbage business is constantly growing cost, many haulers attempt to raise rates several times per year whether for legitimate reasons or not. Waste Professionals guarantees rates for each year covered in our agreement – no surprises – and caps increases.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Collecting garbage is an expensive and dangerous job. Having a contract that spells out what’s expected of each party is the smart way to settle questions up-front, before they become real problems. Most people are concerned about contracts because if they have bad service, they want to get out. Waste Professionals’ Service Guarantee means you can’t get stuck and provides for clear termination if we fail to meet our agreement.
Can I call one contact for anything in the country?
We don’t believe in voice-mail hell. Waste Professional’s phone is answered by a real human and calls are immediately triaged, no matter where they are in the country. A ticket is opened and service problems are documented from start to finish. We record calls to ensure quality service and accountability.
How do I know you’re picking up when you say you are?
Unlike every hauler in the country, Waste Professionals uses “internet everywhere” technology to monitor its services and is able to tell how full a container is, if it was picked up on the right date, if it was picked up before over-flowing, or if service should be reduced because it’s being picked up too often. Our sensor equipped containers tell us what’s happening 24/7/365 – to ensure service quality.
